The three apartments, each given a small chapter of its own. Pick the one you'd like to open the shutters on first.

01 Apt. №1 · p. 04

The top floor apartment.

The largest of the three. Two bedrooms, an open kitchen worth cooking in, a sitting room that opens through tall shutters onto a private rooftop terrace catching the morning. Best for a small family, or two couples travelling together.

Apartment 01 — sectional sofa, warm window light

02 Apt. №2 · p. 12

The garden apartment.

Quieter, smaller, on the ground floor. One bedroom, a sitting room that opens through arched doors onto a small garden with palms and a fountain. Our favourite winter stay — cool in summer, soft light all year.

03 Apt. №3 · p. 22

The long apartment.

A continuous run from kitchen to living to bedrooms — softened with carpets, slowed with linen. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Best for two couples, or a family of four with a few more inches of distance.

Apartment 03 — refined long living room
Plate №. III— apt. 03, late afternoon

Inside, every one.

— the practical things, quietly done. Pp. 31–33

A kitchen with a real oven and a real dishwasher. Pans you'd actually want to cook in, a kettle that boils fast, a small espresso machine that has been on its feet since 2023. The refrigerator is full of nothing on arrival except whatever fits in the welcome basket we leave on the table.

A washing machine in the unit, not down the hall, with the soap stocked and a drying rack tucked behind the door. Walk-in showers in every bathroom, full-height tile, soft cotton towels, a toiletry kit on arrival in case you forgot the toothbrush.

Wi-fi that holds a video call through the whole apartment — fibre, around 100 Mbps, the speed test printed on the welcome card so you don't have to ask. Reversible AC and heating, room by room. Real mattresses, linen-blend sheets, a weighted duvet in winter, extra bedding in the wardrobe.

And — most importantly — one WhatsApp number that reaches a real person, the same evening. No call centre, no front desk, no automated reply at 4 a.m. Just whoever happens to be running the kitchen that week.

Most stays are confirmed the same evening.

WhatsApp is how Morocco works, and how we work too. Send us your dates — we'll usually answer the same evening with availability, a price, and recent photos of whichever apartment fits.

The coupon below works too. Either reaches a real person.
